Is CareerTrack.io free?expand_more
Yes. The Free plan covers up to 25 job applications with the Kanban board, timeline view, URL job extractor and CSV export. There's no time limit and no credit card required.
How is this different from a spreadsheet?expand_more
A spreadsheet tracks the application. CareerTrack also tracks the people and the history: which recruiter is attached to each role, every email and call you logged, what stage each application is in, and which sources actually convert into interviews. It also reminds you when a follow-up is due, which a spreadsheet can't do.
Do I have to type in every job manually?expand_more
No. Paste a job posting URL from LinkedIn, Seek, Greenhouse and similar boards and we extract the title, company, description and required skills. You can also forward job confirmation emails to your own ingest address and they get imported into your pipeline automatically.
What happens when I hit 25 applications on the Free plan?expand_more
Nothing is deleted. You move to read-only for new additions until you archive some applications or upgrade to Pro, which removes the limit.
Can I export my data?expand_more
Yes. CSV export is available on every plan, including Free. Your data is yours and you can take it with you at any time.

Only you. Your applications, contacts and notes are private to your account. CareerTrack.io is operated by Obsidian Ventures Limited in New Zealand under the Privacy Act 2020 — the privacy policy sets out exactly what we store and why.
